We have been supplement people our entire lives.

During those decades, we spent years studying formulas, reading research, questioning labels, and trying the brands that claimed to be the best. We looked closely at what was actually inside. We compared what labels promised to what science supported. We tracked how ingredients were dosed and why.

And year after year, we kept arriving at the same conclusion: the supplement industry was learning how to look premium without delivering real quality.

What We Saw in the Industry

The patterns became obvious:
